I’ve been to several coffee shops around the city, but none compare to the friendly, respectful, and welcoming customer service at this place. Their dark roast coffee is truly the best in town!

I'm not usually one to grab coffee at cafes, but the vibe here was awesome. Super cozy, and the customer service was amazing. My barista, Aman, was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth checking out!

This is my new favorite spot. The employees are so incredibly welcoming and kind it’s unbelievable. Not to mention the quality and quantity of the drinks is better than any other second cup I’ve been to. Thank you guys for being amazing!

I visited Second Cup and tried their Caramel Corretto and Hot Chocolate, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The Caramel Corretto was a delightful blend of espresso, caramel, and frothy milk. It had a rich, creamy texture, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced without overpowering the coffee flavor. A great choice if you love caramel! The Hot Chocolate was smooth and comforting, ideal for a chilly day. It wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated, and had a nice cocoa depth that made it feel indulgent yet not heavy. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with someone.

I love this place. I initially came in here because the other cafe I usually go to was full. What kept me coming back here is how friendly and positive the staff is. The coffee is great too and the place is set up very nicely with lots of colours and plants everywhere. The tables and chairs are super comfy. Whatever they are doing, I hope other coffee shops start doing the same.

Oh my gosh!! Three words to describe my experience. Amazing, clean, respectful. By far the BEST cafe ever been to. Super clean bathrooms, cozy atmosphere, and amazing and respectful and kind workers. Definitely coming here for my morning coffee. You will be seeing me here!!!

Best service from baristas. They are incredibly nice and helpful. Have been coming here for years, and it’s always clean, always quality. They also have a wide variety of drinks and are never low on stock. I have literally never had a bad drink from here. There is a cute patio outside, lots of tables, and a cozy booth inside. Definitely one of the best cafes in Ottawa.
